Artisan Warranty

Workmanship Guarantee Warranty applies to physical goods, purchased from Artisan Heating and Cooling Ltd. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Artisan Heating and Cooling Ltd. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Artisan Heating and Cooling Ltd. will diagnose and repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Artisan Heating and Cooling Ltd. is 365 days (1 year) from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:. Failures, malfunction, or damages found to be due to improper use, lack of regular maintenance, or factors external to the material or workmanship.  

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

We are here to help when you need us. Here are some things you can try yourself that may save you the cost of a service call.

  • Good air flow is critical to proper air conditioning – Try changing your filter.
  • Thermostat seems off – Try replacing the thermostat batteries.
  • Have ice above your furnace and your filter is very dirty? Try replacing the filter, “only” run the fan until the ice is completely melted, and try that air conditioner again. If this worked, call us for a air conditioner tune up soon.
